Liposuction is a fantastic procedure that can help target and eliminate small, stubborn pockets of fat from different places of your body. While it is not a weight loss solution, it can definitely play an important role in helping to shape your body. In some cases, liposuction is a small part of an overall weight loss strategy that focuses on getting rid of fat that exercise and diet just can’t seem to handle.

Dr. Jae Ho Cho from The Line Clinic Plastic Surgery Hospital often asked by patients, what patients can do to ensure the weight and fat they lose during the liposuction process actually stays off for good. Here are a few ideas and tips on what you can do to help keep the weight off after liposuction.

Remember that everyone is different, which means that some of these will work better for some and not so well for others.

Start With Good Habits
To make sure you are doing your best to keep the weight off after liposuction, start developing good eating and exercise habits before your surgery ever happens. Habits that are established before your surgery will carry over after and make a big difference in keeping the weight off. These habits might include drinking more water or eating smaller portions.

Drink Plenty of Water
There is no way of overstating how important water is to our health. Not only does it help with the recovery process, but it also plays a crucial role in flushing out toxins that can accumulate in our bodies. Water is also known to reduce hunger and help us maintain energy we need to be active.

Watch Your Diet
Anytime weight loss is discussed, there should always be a focus on healthy eating. You can help to keep the weight off after liposuction by eating plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid refined carbs such as sugar and stick to whole grains. Make sure you are getting a healthy breakfast everyday to get a good strong start and then be sure to eat foods high in fiber, minerals and antioxidants.

Exercise to Boost Your Metabolism
One proven method for keeping weight off is to keep your metabolism going strong. You can do this by making sure you do some sort of exercise for at least 20 to 30 minutes a day. You may find that you are a little sore for the first few days after liposuction, so be sure to follow your doctor’s directions as to when you can start exercising.

Many of these tips are common sense ideas that anyone would use to lose weight. We point them out here as a reminder that, just because you’ve had liposuction, there is no reason to stop doing what you know works. Remember that liposuction is not a replacement for good healthy habits.
BOTOX treatments can be a wonderful way soften your facial features and restore a more youthful appearance. This is an increasingly popular treatment that leaves patients thrilled with their results.
Patients who are considering having a BOTOX treatment often ask Dr. Lee from The Line Clinic Plastic Surgery hospital, “How much Botox can I get?” The short answer is, it depends.

What is BOTOX?
BOTOX is a naturally occurring neurotoxin that is injected into the muscles of the area being treated. This toxin temporarily blocks the nerve signals to your muscles, causing them to relax, which creates the appearance of fewer wrinkles.

How much is a dose of BOTOX?
BOTOX is measured in units, which corresponds to the number of molecules being injected. Because every patient’s face is different the dosage required depends on the person. Dr. Lee suggests that his patients start with the lowest recommended dosage for their first treatment so that the results can be observed and monitored. The dosage may be increased as needed for subsequent treatments.

How often can I have a treatment?
Dr. Lee recommends that his patients have a treatment every three to four months. Patients who have treatments regularly every 3-4 months eventually will have longer lasting results for up to 6 months.

Breast Reoperation Surgery accounts for a great part more than other reoperation. Capsular contracture, dissatisfaction with shape, asymmetry and implant damage are most common reasons. Breast reoperation is not only it is high level of difficulty, but also require accurate factor analysis. Satisfactory results can be obtained through accurate surgery based on the analysis. High reoperation rate is considered that the result hasn’t been predicted accurately.

Every person has a different breast shape. There are so many variables, such as the nipple’s position and angle, the size of the areola, skin thickness, the shape of sternum and the degree of deflection etc. Therefore, it’s very important to determine the surgical method and design by pinpointing all these factors from the first surgery.

If preoperative planning is unclear, it can cause problems like capsular contracture or dissatisfaction with the shape, and it finally leads to another secondary surgery. Also in the same way, only if the first surgery’s problems are clearly understood, it must result in a good result. Can’t assure any surgery results, it just makes the approaches into the predictable results as close as possible. The Line’s breast surgery center considers accurate diagnosis its top priority through a medical checkup, and suggests the best surgical procedure to solve these problems.

Lot of women is asking for the right age for breast augmentation. The minimum age for breast augmentation is 18 years. Why? Because breasts can continue to develop until a woman reaches her late teens or early 20s. And if someone wants silicone implant then she needs to be minimum 22 years old. This is what the doctors from The Line Clinic Plastic Surgery suggest.

When picking your surgeon, look for one who has a lot of experience. You may be less likely to have complications later on if you choose a surgeon who has had at least five years of surgical training and at least two years' experience in plastic surgery. So in this matter you can chose one of the doctors from The Line Clinic Plastic Surgery. Because most of the doctors are very experienced.

Before your breast implant procedure, you will meet with your surgeon for a medical evaluation. You can talk about what you want and get feedback from the doctor. Your surgeon may ask you to stop taking certain medications a few days or weeks before your surgery.

You can get breast augmentation done as an outpatient procedure, or you may stay overnight in the hospital.

The procedure takes one to two hours. You will likely be given general anesthesia, during which you will be "asleep" and pain-free.

The surgeon will make a cut under your breasts, under your arms, or around your nipples, depending on your body, the type of implant, and how much enlargement is being done.
The surgeon will put the breast implant into a pocket above or below your chest muscle. After the implant is in place, the surgeon will close the cuts with sutures or surgical tape.

This is step by step procedure for a breast implant surgery. The Line Clinic Plastic Surgery will be glad enough if they can help you with your breast surgery. And that is why they are offering “FREE PLASTICSURGERY”. Go to their website and get all the information related to this offer and the registration procedure as well.
Although the terms are sometimes used interchangeably, canthoplasty and canthopexy are different surgical procedures. Canthoplasty involves cutting through the orbicularis oculi muscle, detaching the lateral canthal tendon from the bone at the side of the eye socket, and removing a piece of the tendon. The internal structure of the lower lid is then pulled over and attached to the spot on the eye socket where the tendon had been attached. Excess skin may be removed as well. Canthopexy uses sutures to tighten and stabilize the same tendon and muscle without detaching or reconstructing the tendon. The result is the correction of a gaping lower lid that can be combined with removal of excess or sagging skin.

Although canthoplasty and canthopexy can be done strictly for cosmetic reasons—to remove under eye bags and make the eyes and face look younger and more refreshed—either surgery may be required to treat a lower eyelid that is gaping open, a condition called ectropion. Ectropion can cause dryness in the eye and irritation and may lead to eye infections. An ectropion can also be caused by trauma to the eyelid or by surgery to remove skin cancers around the eye.

Canthoplasty is more invasive than canthopexy. Because it shortens the lower lid slightly, if the surgery fails in several years, or if the sagging of the lid progresses, there is not as much tissue in the lower lid that can be pulled up to correct the problem. Some surgeons reserve canthoplasty for people who have functional problems with the eyelid, such as ectropion, and use a canthopexy procedure for cosmetic treatment of the lid.

Health insurance may cover canthoplasty or canthopexy if you have ectropion and a dry eye problem, but will not cover them for purely cosmetic reasons. You will be responsible for the costs of cosmetic eyelid surgery, but financing can be arranged.

But now the question is who provide the best service for this surgery. According to my knowledge "The Line Clinic Plastic Surgery" is the best for this. They have some very good surgeon to handle this type of surgeries. The doctors are very helpful and the most important thing is they are very much experienced.

Recently I came to know that they have an offer for "FREE PLASTIC SURGERY". Go to their website for details information and registration purpose. May be you are the luckiest one who get the chance.

Eyelid surgery, or blepharoplasty, is a surgical procedure to improve the appearance of the eyelids. Surgery can be performed on either the upper and lower lids, or both.

Eyelid Surgery

Whether you want to improve your appearance or are experiencing functional problems with your eyelids, eyelid surgery can rejuvenate the area surrounding your eyes.
Specifically, eyelid surgery can treat:

  • Loose or sagging skin that creates folds or disturbs the natural contour of the upper eyelid, sometimes impairing vision
  • Excess fatty deposits that appear as puffiness in the eyelids
  • Bags under the eyes
  • Drooping lower eyelids that reveal white below the iris
  • Excess skin and fine wrinkles of the lower eyelid
Rhinoplasty is a type of plastic surgery that can be cosmetic surgery or corrective surgery. Revision rhinoplasty is a very common procedure carried out in many reputable plastic surgeons offices in Florida and elsewhere more and more each day.
For some patients, rhinoplasty is purely a cosmetic surgery procedure. For others it is a corrective procedure. Then again some patients get benefits from both revision and cosmetic for an overall improved quality of life. If you are considering getting a nose job or corrective rhinoplasty you may be wondering what some of the benefits are.
# 1 – Breathe Easy There’s a reason there is such a high market demand for products that help people breathe better. Breathing problems are a common complaint among a high percentage of people these days.
#2 – Sleep Better   Many people suffer with sleep issues related to breathing problems. Some of these issues can be as severe as sleep apnea.
# 3 – Feel Great   Even if you are getting your rhinoplasty procedure to help correct a problem, you will more than likely feel better about your physical appearance.
